Pricing Policy for Commercial Units

In our Appliance Repair business we always aim for our customers satisfaction 

and the best quality of our work!

That’s why we do not hesitate to speak about our prices straight up!

What diagnostic includes?

Our services call fee (=diagnostic) is 120$ per unit for commercial appliances. 

The diagnostic fee will be applied to the estimate for the repair, and be shown as a “diagnostic fee discount” on your estimate, in case if you decide to proceed with Menmax AR.

That price includes: 

–  diagnostic: process when one of our technicians will be running necessary tests on your appliance in order to find out all errors and reasons for an appliance failure or malfunctioning;

–   diagnosis for your appliance;

–   estimate for the repair;

– parts research and ordering.

In case if you have stackable commercial unit (for example dryer on top of the washer) the service call fee will be 240$, since we will have to send two technicians for the job. And same service package will apply for that price.

The diagnostic fee will be applied to the estimate for the repair, and be shown as a “diagnostic fee discount” on your estimate, in case if you decide to proceed with Menmax AR.

These fees are required to be paid by the customer (or another person responsible for the payments) once the diagnostic is done. Technician will be the one to take the payment using the most convenient for the customer way: cash, check, card. 

By scheduling / confirming the appointment customer acknowledge that the payment will be asked at the day when appointment happened and diagnostic / job done; customer is also responsible to have the necessary amount ready before the appointment. Unless any other agreements were made before scheduling the appointment.

The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you decided not to fix your unit with us. (except other agreements being made with the Menmax AR before the appointment scheduled)

Menmax Appliance Repair may and will try to advise you on the most economical and wise repair solution for your unit, but not required to do so. 

Our minimum labor fee for a commercial regular, stand alone, unit is 275$ not including any parts.
